1. Processing Time
All orders are processed as quickly as possible. Please allow 1–3 business days for your order to be packed and dispatched.
Orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays.

  • If we experience a high volume of orders, processing times may be slightly longer. If there is a significant delay with your order, we will contact you by email.

UK Shipping

  • Flat rate: £2.99
  • Delivery time: typically 2–5 business days after dispatch
  • Sent via Royal Mail or an equivalent courier

Europe (EU) Shipping

  • Flat rate: £10.99 
  • Delivery times 3-5 business days - may vary depending on the destination country

North America (USA/Canada)

  • Flat rate: £17
  • Delivery time: 7- 21 business days - may vary depending on the location 
    Please note: customs inspection may cause additional delays 

Australia 

  • Flat rate: £18
  • Delivery time: 7-21 business days - may vary depending on the location

Other International Shipping

  • We cannot always offer international shipping

  • Delivery times vary depending on the destination country
  • Most international orders arrive within 7–21 business days

We understand that international shipping fees can be frustratingly high. We wish they weren’t! These costs are determined by our shipping providers, and we only charge what is necessary to cover the costs of getting your order safely to you. Thank you for your understanding and support.

 


3. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import taxes, or local charges. These fees are the responsibility of the customer. colourwithjosie is not responsible for delays or charges caused by customs processes.


4. Order Tracking
Tracking may be available depending on the shipping method used. If your order includes tracking, you will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.


5. Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.


6. Lost or Delayed Parcels
Once your order has been handed to the courier, delivery times and handling are outside our control.
If your parcel is significantly delayed or appears lost, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.
